Rooting down is a handcrafted pair of earrings by Fox & Fable, made with rainbow moonstone, tourmaline, and sterling silver.

The poem

Against the onslaught of too much, you breathe in, and feel that breath travel down—through chest, belly, legs—to the four corners of each foot. You pause. Then, in exhaling, you let rise from within the sacred syllable. The low vibration hums, makes a bell of you, ringing out a small moment of transcendence.
