Artist statement

Fox & Fable is a labor of love. As I work with my hands, my mind drifts in flow state. I shift semi-precious stones, unique charms, intriguing findings, and fine metals in my workspace until I find harmony not only in the look and feel achieved, but in the story the united piece tells me.

I am a trained and published poet, and I have always loved that the Greek word for poet also means maker. I like to make with both words and objects. My effort comes to life in wearable treasures that tell a story. I hope that when you wear my work, you feel the joy and care I've put into everything I do.
